All our apartments include the following - - Fully furnished apartments including linen and towels which are changed twice a week - Daily housekeeping except Saturday and Sunday - Private bathroom including bath / shower, sitting room with sofa, work desk and telephone, dining table and chairs - All our kitchenette's include at least a microwave, grill, 2 ring electric stove, fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils - Cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided - Iron and ironing board together with a hairdryer and safe deposit box - A floor fan or ceiling fan is usually provided - A coin operated laundry is available 24 hours on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building - tokens from the front desk - 24 hour front desk reception - All our rates include Vat and ALL utilities - This is a none smoking building
Booking Procedure No deposit or prepayment is required All bookings require the customer credit card details to guarantee the booking with payment settled on arrival Once a booking is confirmed it will be subject to our cancellation policy
Cancellation policy 1 night charged if less than 48 hours notice for rental period up to 1 week except - full rental charged for bookings cancelled on the day of arrival . 3 nights charged if less than 7 days notice given for rentals up to 2 weeks. 7 nights rental charged for all bookings that are 2 weeks or more.
