APARTMENT OCCUPANCY  Only 2 people are allowed to occupy each apartment unless permission from the management has been obtained beforehand and which may incur a supplement

BALCONY Many of our balcony doors do not require a key to open  or locked as this can be done by using the handle and the turn key knob underneath

BREAKAGE A charge will be levied for any breakage's in your apartment
BUSES Bus maps are available from our Concierge. Popular local routes are 274 and 74 and Oxford Street. through to Regent Street / Piccadilly are 7, 36,15, 23,98 and 12, 94 from Bayswater Road

CAR PARK We have our own secure underground car park which is available at very reasonable rates for both short and long term rentals - Please contact The Front desk

Street Parking:  Plenty is available within the local area by using the parking meters available. Please ensure you adherer to their strict regulations, as this area is notorious for having cars Towed away, which can be very expensive

CREDIT  Your reservation is accepted on the basis that any credit required has been authorized in advance. Should this be exceeded at any time it will be bought to your attention so you can take appropriate action? Any credit limit not adhered to by residents will result in Two Hyde Park Square taking whatever legal action is necessary to recover debt.

CHECK OUT  Check out time is by 12 noon please : We would be most grateful for this to be respected Should you need to retain your room beyond this time its very important you contact the Front desk in advance who will do their best to arrange but unfortunately cannot guarantee. Departures after 2pm will automatically incur an additional charge

DENTIST  Our nearest dental Surgeon is Whitecross Dental Care, 234 Edgeware Road, London W2 Tel 020-7725-9930. They are open Monday to Saturday from 9am - 5-30 p.m
DOCTOR In case of a medical emergency please contact the Front desk who are able to arrange a visiting doctor. Please note: They do charge a fee
A same day service is available Monday - Saturday, except Bank Holidays if handed  into the Front desk before 8-45 am. Please use the bag and list provided in the folder

EXTRA BEDS  There is a charge of £10 per night NOTE – All our rates are based on 2 people so a supplement of £10 per person per night is charged for the extra bed / sofa bed unless for a child under 12 years of age

Please contact the Front desk with as much notice as possible so we can do our best to extend you stay, but unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed

Unfortunately we do not have this facility available. However, Banks / Bureau de Change (open 24hrs)are within a few minutes walk.

HAIRDRESSER Our local hairdresser is 2-3 minutes walk round the corner in Connaught Village

A hairdryer is provided in all our Superior Apartments, otherwise please contact the Desk
HEATING CONTROLS The heating can be adjusted from the radiators in your apartment Please Note: Our heading system does not operate 24hours a day but is regulated with the outside temperature and the demand for hot water according to the time of year

INTERNET It is possible to use your own laptop computer by using the telephone socket in your apartment but please note this a regular dial up – not a high speed connection Several Internet Cafes are within a few minutes walk

KEYS A deposit of £20 is automatically taken on check-in which is refunded once the key has been returned on checkout. For security reasons only one key is issued for each apartment ( Reception is staffed 24hrs a day )
VERY IMPORTANT : Please ensure your key is always left at the Front Desk when leaving the building
LAUNDRY  DRY CLEANING  A same day service is available from Monday - Saturday if handed in at the Front Desk by 8-45 am. Please use the bag and list provided in the folder

LAUNDRETTE A coin operated public washer and dryer is on the 4th floor and open 24hrs Please ask the Front desk for the tokens

Automatically provided from Monday - Friday, except Bank Holidays with a full linen change including towels twice a week. Weekend service can be requested in advance, which is chargeable at £10 per day

MAIL AND MESSAGES  All mail and messages are delivered to your apartment throughout the day or held  with your key at the Front Desk

MEALS Can be provide by a company called Deliverance sent to your room

A porter / receptionist is on duty during the night.

POST OFFICE  Our nearest is at Praed Street next to Paddington Station – about 5 mins walk.

There is an excellent choice of great value places to eat and drink close by

RESERVATION  To extend your stay please tell the Front desk as soon as possible who will do their best to extend but please note this CANNOT always be guaranteed.

SAFE DEPOSIT It is recommended that all valuables are placed in one of our safe boxes in your apartment
Should you observe anything suspicious, please inform the Front Desk as soon as possible. Any loss of property is subject to the Hotel Proprietors Act. Please Note: Due to the security controlled access of the front door you may be required to wait for a few moments, especially at night before the door is opened.

SMOKING As with all public buildings in England, no smoking is permitted within the apartments, on the balconies or anywhere in the building. 2 Hyde Park Square Apartments reserve the right to charge a £100.00 deep cleaning fee for any breach of this policy.

SUPERMARKET There is a wonderful choice within easy walking distance including Safeway, Marks & Spencer, Europa and many small grocery shops which are usually open very late until 10pm including a Sunday

TAXI SERVICE  We can provide a good service by a local Company with reasonable rates for all local journey’s and the various airports and train stations. Please contact the Front Desk for further information.

TOURIST INFORMATION  Please contact the Hall Porter / Concierge in the lobby who will be pleased to advise you and assist with booking any tours that you may require.

UNDERGROUND Our nearest underground stations are at Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate both are approx. 7 mins walk and are on the Central Line ( Red )

VOLTAGE  The voltage in your apartment is 240v. If you need an adapter these can be purchased locally from Woolworth's on the Edgware Road.
